An integral part of Karo Pharma’s strategy is to grow the business through acquisitions and partnerships. Overall, we have an opportunistic approach and mindset when reviewing opportunities, but prescription and OTC pharmaceuticals lie within our primary focus and interest area.
Karo Pharma is well established in the Nordics. In this region we are interested in adding further products to our existing platform given that there is a clear rational and strategic fit with our business. In the rest of Europe we are present via partnerships. In addition to relevant product opportunities our goal is to identify acquisitions that further build our organization and infrastructure in this region.
